Despite this product having been sold direct online, I only found mine locally (as it seems they aren’t currently taking credit cards online or something). Still, the bottle was in my local head shop and they only carried the 4 ouncers. Although the internet price is $28.99, I paid a little more in the local store (about $45.00). Looks and feels pretty much like a medicine cough syrup bottle. Everything looks legit on it except the label that says “ACTRIGHT SIZZURP” instead of “DIMATAPP.” I would say I’m joking, however, very sincerely it looks pretty much like a bottle of Dimatapp or codeine. The ingredients state a number of ingredients. 5-HTP, Melatonin, L-Theanine, and GABA. Plus a little bit of sugar. 5-HTP and GABA, L-Theanine, these kinds of herbal highs are legit, and can truly simulate real codeine when properly done, so I went into this one a little excited.

Product Administration

The serving sizes are supposed to be 1 ounce. You basically mix it into a soda like you would codeine (to make a lean – like drink). Or, if you prefer and are a true original gangster (like myself), you just down a quarter of the bottle and wipe your smile. I tried this product on an empty stomach because I wanted to give it the best chance of working fastest and most effectively. I drank 1 ounce and waited 30 minutes, then drank another ounce. I then consumed the final two ounces within a 7 hour period. Be advised: it does not taste very good and the taste will linger. Even having a drink to wash it down will not help. You basically have to brush your teeth afterwards, and even then I still kept tasting it for hours. That part was widely unpleasant and I do not believe mixing it into soda would help much.

Product Effects

Actstraight Sizzurp is one of those “legal lean” supplements that attempts to simulate the codeine high from mixing codeine cough syrup and soda. I believe since I skipped the soda part and consumed the liquid on an empty stomach, I sped up how quickly it could have an impact. Before 15 minutes after the first swig I began to feel it. A relaxation, a light euphoria and a little dizzy. The euphoria was very brief, less than 15 minutes (which is why I took another ounce at the thirty minute mark). The second ounce seemed to do it and woke the euphoria back up a bit. It only lasted about 20-25 minutes. I still felt a little drunk, a little wobbly, and very relaxed though for several hours afterwards. I took another swig about 3-4 hours later…and I took the last swig about 7 hours in. Honestly I felt pretty relaxed the entire rest of the day and I slept like a baby. I do not remember any of my dreams, but I have the feeling they were pleasant. I did not wake up in my sleep as I usually do from pains and whatnot. Instead, I slept straight through the night and woke up feeling pretty refreshed the next day (which surprised me as well, as I thought I’d have a pseudo-hangover of some kind.

Final Thoughts

Honestly, what really brings this product down is the price. Even if I only had to pay $28.99 for it (and skipped buying it through a retail environment) it would still feel like it was too expensive. $30.00 a day for a 10 hour “high” is too expensive for most people and it’s definitely too expensive for me. It would make an okay compliment to an awesome party night, but I think I’d still want to drink, or involve some kind of other drug of recreation. Still, in terms of legal highs, this is a really good one and it actually works. The only thing I can think of that uses 5-HTP and L-Theanine together better than this is Pirate Chill (which is why this product is a 4 star instead of a 5 star – because taking the pirate chill in form of pills is much better than taking a liquid that costs too much). So for its class of an anxiety-relief, relaxation formula, and also the fact it is competing with the “legal lean” products, it receives a well deserved 4 Star Fat Sammy Rating.

Icariin is a scary sounding name and out of all the crazy things I have tried and heard about in my lifetime (both legal highs and illlicit substances), I have to say “Icariin” sounds pretty crazy. But hey, who am I to judge a book by its cover? Thus, this product was suggested to me as a legal aphrodisiac. When you inspect the label you realize you are about to ingest something called “Horny Goat Weed Extract.” This would maybe create a buzz word fear for some people, but I have a little knowledge of natural aphrodisiacs, and it turns out Horny Goat Weed is definitely notorious around the world for being an aphrodisiac. It may not be the best choice of them all, but it definitely works (and I can tell you it sometimes works for erectile dysfunction too).

The container itself was low quality, like one of those cosmetic containers or for lip balm. It cracked on me from merely tightening it slightly too much. The label is cheap and I wasn’t that impressed. But the substance itself, was seemingly high quality. One of the pluses, a micro measuring scoop is included so that doses can be properly measured.

Product Administration

This Icariin extract is funny-looking and mostly botanical-smelling. The texture makes it feel as though you’re about to ingest insulation or sand of some sort…however, it’s not difficult to do after mixing into a juice or water. I used the measuring scoop to get 50 mg worth into my drinks (total) throughout the day, and planned my bedroom adventures for that evening. I repeated this process throughout the rest of my three day weekend.

I was successful in having female companionship for each of these nights, all pre-planned because I am an O.G..

Product Effects

Icariin went into effect after I had dosed a few times. I started feeling aroused and like I wanted to initiate intercourse after the 3rd dose in fact. This was the same each day. And I separated my doses (which basically meant drinking an entire glass of juice or water each time), by 3 hours. I had reasonable success in having intercourse each night (I could get an erection with a little light stimulation from the female, but had trouble finishing all nights except the last). I believe the Icariin actually made it harder for me to finish. It wasn’t exactly a pleasant thing, but led to what some may call “blue balls.”

I should note that while my sex drive definitely increased, my actual physical excitement still required a little light stimulation on the female’s end. A lot of people want to last longer though, and have trouble getting erections at all (or feeling sex drive), and this definitely would help.

Final Thoughts

Horny Goat Weed is real and it does actually help with erectile dysfunction and libido. It has been used for a long time (probably thousands of years) around the world. It is well-known in to be used in Chinese medicine and throughout Eastern cultures. This product in particular is a nice Horny Goat Weed extract and it does work. It’s not the easiest thing to do, as you have to constantly drink fluids with it, and constantly measure a small powder out of a really cheap container that easily breaks…but it does work. The other big down side is the price. Honestly, the container may have a lot in it, but I ended up spilling a lot of it (it’s harder than you think, trust me), and when you lose the little scoop, you’re in real trouble. In terms of natural aphrodisiacs and legal drugs, I can give Icariin a 3 Star Fat Sammy Rating. That’s pretty good, but obviously there are better aphrodisiacs.

The Bulletproof company is professional and their products show up looking like you’d expect. They are well protected for shipment and the bottles are good quality. The labels are easy to read. Brain Octane Oil is a product I have wanted to try for a while and finally decided to give it a shot recently. I purchased Bulletproof’s Brain Octane Oil because of its advantages to cognitive function. I like smart drugs, and have tried many of them. I prefer pills for sure, however, this product was not hard to use. And it is also more easily digested than a pill (and more evenly), which is a plus.

Bulletproof actually sells a lot of coffees and stimulants, so I went into this expecting great things. I have never seen any of their products in a store (or in person for that matter prior to ordering), but I think they are store-worthy! The company has a very clean look and I like it a lot!

Product Administration

It works by being mixed into coffee. I actually use an old fashioned coffee pot (because I drink so much coffee I ruin kuerigs basically), so it was very easy for me to blend it into my pot. I don’t know what other people do really, but I know I put 1 ounce into my coffee pot (enough to make 4 cups of coffee, which I subsequently drink throughout the day) and I consider that a serving personally.

I should note that my trial with Bulletproof’s Brain Octane Oil was three fold: 10 days straight of the stuff once per day like the instructions state, then 10 days straight of using it WITH my other smart drugs/pills, and finally I have been using it every 3 days as described.

Product Effects

When I used Brain Octane Oil by itself, it wasn’t as powerful as I would have liked. After the 10th day, I would say I had begun to notice a tolerance too. The first few days were best. After you start using it daily, the efficacy feels a little diluted.

When I used Brain Octane Oil for the second 10 days, I was also using my regular smart drug (Piratall), which I had to stop before trialing Brain Octane Oil. Now this experience was a lot better and felt more complete. Piratall does it for me, so I was already understanding it would be a tough comparison. Using them both together worked great, however, I couldn’t help but identify with a DEFINITE tolerance buildup on the Brain Octane Oil. I do not experience that kind of tolerance with Piratall, which I continue to take daily.

My third trial (still on going as of more than a month now), involves using Piratall every day still and only using Brain Octane Oil once every three days. This has proven to be the most effective strategy. Piratall is great and gives me everything I need but the Brain Octane Oil helps me take my normal nootropics much farther in my opinion. If someone were going to try Brain Octane Oil, I would suggest not trying it alone, but with some other kind of nootropic supplement meant to bolster cognitive function and thinking.

Final Thoughts

All in all, I would recommend Bulletproof as a company, as well as their product, Brain Octane Oil. I would not consider this an “all in one solution” – as it does not provide me the same benefits some of my other favorite smart drugs provide. Still, even though I use another smart drug every day (Piratall), I have decided to implement Brain Octane Oil into my weekly diet, choosing to use it once every 3 days. This plan has worked out great and I feel like my body does not build up any tolerance to the oil, and I still get all the benefits of my other smart drugs. In the end, Brain Octane Oil (and Bulletproof) get a solid 4 Star Fat Sammy Rating for being pretty awesome!

I have reviewed AddieUp in the past, back when they were mostly just pushing the “2 cap packs” they were sending into the head shops (which is exactly where I got mine). This one, I purchased online and in the “60 capsule container.” This container is meant to be a month’s supply of the stuff. I paid about seventy bucks for it and performed a half trial. I couldn’t make it the full 30 days because I considered the side effects to be too negative to continue. In my last review, I explained the “cracked out feeling” I got from the stuff, and how its benefits were nearly nonexistent. Because they have changed things since then, I figured I’d give it an unbiased, updated review.

The package took about 2 weeks to show up. The wrapping looked second hand, like I got a product that had already been sent to someone else, OR as though the post office opened it up or something to inspect it. The bottle itself was unopened, intact and contained the correct number of pills. The pills smell really funny and the consistency of the powder is not the same from pill to pill (both worth noting).

Product Administration

The label indicates a serving as two pills a day. I took both pills within 15 minutes each day with a giant glass of water. I then also drank several glasses of water throughout the day, as the last time I tried Addieup, I remember feeling extremely dehydrated the entire time. I had normal meals. A bagel for breakfast, a bowl of soup with half a turkey sandwich for lunch, and a spaghetti dinner. I had a few snacks riddled throughout the night as well.

Product Effects

Just like the last time I tried AddieUp, literally like 18 months ago, I felt a little kick on within about 20-25 minutes. It was just a tiny spurt of energy. I would define it as…the feeling you get when your coffee starts to kick in and you wake up. After that, it was down hill from there. I hate to say it, but nothing seems to have changed. I got shakey, couldn’t concentrate, lost track of time, and was overall very largely unproductive. I had a miserable diarrhea incident, EXACTLY LIKE the last time. And ALSO like last time, I had a massive crash, that felt like I had actually had consumed tons of alcohol. Even having consumed liters of water, I still felt dehydrated and like total crap.

Final Thoughts

AddieUp is EVERYWHERE. It’s in head shops, it is in vitamin shops, it’s online, it’s on ebay, in gas stations, and in many other places in between too. I even saw some for sale at a flea market once! And I see people buy it too, a lot of people. The problem? I don’t see a lot of people who are happy with it, or a lot of people who rebuy it. The head shop owner I talked to stated that it was a great “one time sale” for a lot of patrons who were “already checking out with something else” but that they have had trouble selling the 30 day supplies due to the price, but that most people won’t rebuy it no matter what quantity they purchase it in (two pill packs or 30 day supply). I agree, for something that makes you feel pretty bad, it’s definitely overpriced.

I should note that there was also a date stamped on my bottle. I assume it is the expiration date, and unfortunately it looks like it may have even expired before they shipped it to me. It is possible that it was the manufactured date, but the bottle’s labeling looked older to me, so I assume it is an expiration date. Regardless, I cannot improve the rating for this product, I just cannot solidly recommend it to anyone. Instead of calling it AddieUp, they should call it “CrappyUp.” I wish I could say that with a straight face, because I’m somewhat serious!

Qualia Mind Review and Experience

Qualia Mind is a product made by a company called Neurohacker. They are really one of the only smart drug companies that work (alongside Mind lab pro, Limitless Brain Pill, Alpha Brain and of course, my favorite, Piratall). Their formula is heavy, and they carry multiple “versions” of their product. The two most popular it would appear right now are the Qualia Mind and Qualia Mind “Caffeine free” version. This is probably a response to the caffeine scare, where a bunch of people started dying from overdosing on caffeine. Regardless, I bought the caffeine version as I do not mind caffeine in a product if it’s not so much. Qualia does not have so much caffeine in it that I would expect shakiness or a caffeine crash. The company is very professional, shipped very quickly, package was nice, bottle was very impressive, label was easy to read and top grade. Pills didn’t have much smell in my opinion, although my sister felt they smelled like “clean socks” (LOL).

Product Administration

The biggest downside ever is being told you have to take 7 caps in a day as a serving size. 7 capsules is a lot. But I downed them during my trial every morning. Took about 5 minutes to do as I hate swallowing giant pills. Since there are so many ingredients in Qualia Mind, I decided to drink 3 times as much water throughout the day too. I noted that this wasn’t actually an entire month’s worth of capsules. I ran out in the last week of what I thought was going to be a month’s trial.

Product Effects

Qualia can be felt pretty quick if you get the caffeine version, granted you’re mostly getting the effects of caffeine mixing with L-Theanine, which provides a unique interaction. There are a very other ingredients I can clearly feel…the happiness coming from theobromine, relaxation coming from bacopa, and even some better stimulation downstairs from the Rhodiola extract. My memory did improve, maybe not heavily, but at least enough for me to notice. Took about 2-3 weeks before I started building tolerance to the caffeine-like effects I was getting in the morning. I still was able to use this instead of coffee every day. I would say I also felt, overall, healthier.

Final Thoughts

Neurohacker’s Qualia Mind product (with caffeine) is definitely real, and legit. It does work, and I would classify it as one of the better smart drugs. However, it is not going to be anything like Bradley Cooper in the Limitless movie. Still, it was definitely worth the money, and the company made me feel super confident I was getting high quality ingredients. I just wish you didn’t have to take 7 capsules every day, and that it wasn’t so expensive for that type of experience. I was expecting more cognitive function improvements. I bought it, literally to get smarter. At least, that sounded reasonable to me. I tried to study on the stuff, I tried to memorize tables and stories. I tried to interact with people socially. I logged everything I did…but ultimately only saw mild benefits to each of these categories. I definitely saw improvements, just not as great as I would have liked.

Regardless, Qualia Mind definitely worked, and I give it a 3 star rating. I would be interested to see if the non-caffeinated version works better (as I have tried and rated other smart drugs which have far outperformed Qualia Mind and without the use of caffeine). I should note that they also have many other products and it looks like they are releasing even more (things for sleep, relaxation, etc.). All around, Neurohacker looks pretty cool and I like them.

I have tried a lot of kratom products, so many that I would say there have been too many to rate. I only end up rating the ones that stand out in one way or another. GAIA in particular was selected after someone emailed me asking me to try it (I always welcome your emails by the way, visit the contact page on my site if you have a product you want me to try). I selected my favorite of their very many options, White Thai. I ordered 1 ounce for my first time. It cost me less than twenty bucks, shipped. Currently it is available for $10.00 on their site (I have since ordered again, in larger quantities, but this review is going to be of my first experience).

Product Administration

When it comes to Kratom, I am a “toss and wash” kind of guy. I don’t like the capsules as much because I prefer to feel it faster. Brewing tea is a pain in the butt, although once in a blue moon, I WILL brew a strong batch of Kratom tea. I usually only brew tea when I have a lot of people coming over. In terms of this Kratom, I dosed at 1 gram increments, several times throughout the day.

To be clear, this means I put 1 gram of the powder at a time in my palm, tossed it into my mouth, then washed it down with whatever amount of water was necessary (or available) at the time.

Product Effects

Kratom is naturally euphoric when you get a good quality strain. Gaia supplies a stimulating, euphoric high in their White Thai strain, and it’s quite powerful at that! Most White strains are more powerful but this one in particular was impressive. I got the pain relieving properties within 20 minutes, and the repeat dosing scattered throughout the day continued to keep the pain away. Kratom is great for pain and this strain is one of the best. It’s still stimulating too, whereas some of the strains will make you want to sleep. Gaia’s White Thai provides the pain relief I am looking for, but also gives me the stimulation I need to still be alert, functional, coherent, and communicative with anyone around me. This strain is great for social events.

Final Thoughts

The reason I like white strains better is because I have always found them to be stronger kratom. If you are a lightweight or have never tried Kratom before, I’d suggest picking a red strain. If you are a Kratom regular, you’re going to like this one. Ultimately, this is one of the best “bang for the buck” kratom vendors out there. They are fast to ship, professional, and their product looked consistent (the powder itself). Being a regular Kratom user, I can definitely say that one would expect to build a tolerance, just like any opioid-receptor agonist. Still, in terms of kratom powder, Gaia is one of the best and I am convinced that most people who purchase would have a great time and a great experience. I am very confident in my 4 Star Fat Sammy Rating.

Nose Candee Original Cocoa Snuff Review

To start, I do not even think they sell this online anymore, less for maybe some off-the-wall seller on ebay or something. I did, however, find this for sale at a smoke shop where I live. It looked super interesting but the thick layer of dust caked on top, told me it was sitting un-purchased for a long time. I figured it was due to the price. You don’t get much, even though the picture looks like its big, it’s not that big. And the container is cheaper than it looks too. It will break if you drop it believe it or not. I hate that both of the cocoa snuff products I decided to try came in such terrible containers they broke (one when I dropped it and one when I closed it too tightly). It tells me there is no good container solution for this product.

Product Administration

I snorted this with a little kit I have…giving myself bump after bump until I had gone through (including what I split in the process), more than half the container, and all in a single day. It is harder to snort this stuff than it may sound. Cocoa is rough on the nose, and I do mean it really hurts. The drip you get is really insane too, very painful and irritating. Creates a gag reflex and makes it hard to breath. Tastes bad, not like chocolate.

Product Effects

I did not get any effects of any positive sort from Nose Candee Cocoa Snuff. The problem here is that the theobromine effect is better when you just eat it. The snuff stays in the nasal passageway creating loads of irritation, sneezing, gagging, and unfortunately I also got sick after snorting this stuff. And I do not mean sick as in vomit, although I felt like vomiting. I mean there may have been a contamination in the product, as I was constantly on the toilet and feeling lethargic overall.

Final Thoughts

Cocoa snuff is not for me, and I cannot imagine why anyone would want to do it. It doesn’t feel good. In fact, it feels like a cruel form of third world torture. It doesn’t get you high. You do not feel “happy” and there is no euphoria from snorting cocoa. Nose Candee made me sick. While I am convinced it was contaminated or something, a friend of mine suggested that I blocked some sort of duct or something from snorting thick cocoa particles, and that it created a temporary flu-like symptom. Whatever. Either way, I felt like total crap and I absolutely blame Nose Candee. I would never recommend this product to anyone and feel like I paid to get sick. 1 out of 5 stars. Fat Sammy Out!

It took me a few months, but I got through a ton of smart drug trials. It’s hard because most of them require you to do the drug over the course of an entire month to actually start seeing effects. And I understand why: because the nootropics need to build up in the brain to be effective. There is nothing wrong with that, but it is the reason I can only review a limited number of products to be fair to each one. Limitless Health “Brain Function” Pills by Limitless Health was at the tail end of a longer trial of another smart drug, so I gave myself a huge sobriety break ahead of time to give it the best chance to work. The company took forever to ship me my box and it ended up looking nothing like what I expected. By the time I got it though, I definitely was working with a clean slate. So regardless of how it looked, I tried the product, judgment free.

Product Administration

There are 60 capsules in each bottle and there are 2 capsules to a serving. You are basically supposed to use 2 caps a day. So I took both of mine at the same time, before breakfast with a glass of juice each day, every day for a month straight.

Product Effects

I did not see much benefit from the Limitless Health pills. I wanted to, but it just wasn’t happening. For whatever reason, their ingredient combination (and there’s a boat load of ingredients by the way), kind of puts me to sleep…which was the opposite effect I was looking for. I actually slept 3 hours longer each day in the last week of taking it. That’s a lot of extra sleep.

Final Thoughts

Besides not noticing much positive benefit, I found myself sleeping a lot. I lost 21 hours in my last week of the trial alone altogether to sleep (on top of my normal 6 hours). That means this product had me sleeping 9 hours a day!! Not exactly the effect you want from a “limitless” pill or legal stimulant if you will. There are way better smart drugs, way better legal stimulants and way better limitless pills. Even with the same name, sorry guys. I have to give this product a 2 Star Fat Sammy Rating. The only reason it isn’t a 1 star is because the company shipped me a professional-looking product that was made in the USA.

Limitless Brain Pills by SuperDrive Supplements was an all-around professional experience. In terms of smart drugs, i felt they were about average. The packaging was awesome. The bottles, super sleek design with a really attractive label. And of course, there’s a brain on the front, which is cool. The pills are blue and white. There are 30 pills per container. The shipment took less than a week to arrive. Limitless Brain Pill is supposed to help with cognitive function, memory, and is supposed to provide short and long term benefits. The ingredients include Alpha Gpc, huperzine, bacopa and some other key nootropics.

Product Administration

The serving size is 1 capsule with water at the start of the day for me, and I gave it a 30 day straight trial; no other smart drugs, no other nootropics. I ordered 3 of these, and had 2 friends partake in the fun as well. I took my pill each morning on an empty stomach, my two friends took it after consuming breakfast.

Product Effects

I feel like they definitely made an impact on memory long term. By the end of the 30 days, I could remember a lot more, and a lot easier. Not just things from the present that I was attempting to learn or study, but also things from the past that I had long forgotten. I did not get much more though, besides a minor caffeine boost which I would consider very “5 hour energy shot”-like. After the first couple of days, I was not feeling any more of the “short term” boosts, but instead a little “workerbee”-like. Work wasn’t fun and I did not have any special drive or motivation, but I did work a lot. I would describe the time during my trial on this supplement as “overall apathy.” I didn’t care about much. And although I worked a lot, I would not be as productive as I would have liked.

One of my friends felt almost nothing and reported he “might be remembering things better, but nothing more.” While my other friend reported that she has noticed “significant difference in problem solving. Final Thoughts

This pill definitely affected all three of us differently, making the actual expected effects rather hard to predetermine. Ultimately I feel it provided average effects for what I expected based upon the ingredient list. I have tried many better smart drugs, however, I have also tried many which were much worse. They are a professional company (SuperDrive Supplements) and they treated me well in terms of what I expected as a customer. It was all timely shipped and professional, looked like it was supposed to, and wasn’t that expensive. So many the formula just needs a little more tweaking, but it’s one of the nootropics supplements that’s definitely heading in the right direction.

General Product Info

I need to begin by stating this product is no longer for sale from what I can tell. So if you are looking it up, it’s because you’re finding it in a local head shop or retail store, or have found some old sales outlet trying to unload their aging product. This stuff looks cool. Their advertising gimmick is neat…snorting cocoa sounds like it would work, because cocoa and cocaine are related, right? I will detail my experience here, but first, the container itself IS eye-catching and I can see why so many people wanted to try it. It was a really huge fad for a while (other products like this one exist still and more are always being rebranded). The texture and the consistency of the powder will give someone great faith. The “earthy smell” will help instill confidence in the product. And for many people, the price is the final justification that it is “worth buying,” as most people assume just because it is expensive, it will work great. Obviously as I have proven many times before, that is simply not true. And Coco Loko is a very sketchy product unfortunately.

Product Administration

I snorted 2 lines of this stuff at a time, once every 30-45 minutes for a few hours. I used a normal dollar bill method (hundies only baby), and set out a normal looking line for most drugs.

Product Effects

The taste was pretty bad and was more akin to a root or what it may be like to eat dirt, rather than chocolate. The smell was ok at first, until it was residing in my nasal cavities and sinuses, never dissolving like it should. Usually you are only supposed to snort water-soluble things. And while I assumed this was water soluble (and I am pretty sure it is by the way lol), the particles of the cocoa were so thick they were simply NOT absorbing properly. Instead, I had gunks of stuff floating into the back of my throat and antagonizing my gag reflex. There was no high, no euphoria, no stimulation, and no “feel good” mood enhancement as described. Just a huge hole in my wallet from a clever looking container of crappy tasting dirt that I snorted over and over again until my nose bled. Not fun.

Final Thoughts

This stuff was horrible. It gave me a really bad rash in my nose, destroyed my nasal cavities far worse than anything I have ever snorted (and believe me, I’ve snorted some serious sh*t), and to top it all off, it didn’t even get me high. I felt absolutely nothing from this. I have deduced they are relying on the theobromine that is naturally present in chocolate, and that I could have gotten a better dopamine boost if I would have just eaten 6 chocolate bars. Then at least the chocolate wouldn’t have had to enter my blood stream through the back of my throat as I constantly try to deal with the heaviest, worst, most nauseating drip I have ever experienced. Be prepared if you try Coco Loko to hate it.
