The Happy Shaman Herbs products come very well packaged, in resealable sachets and proper labeling. The gimmicks are very cool, this particular one featuring a beautiful feline on the front with green, “emerald” eyes.  The package notes that there is very little THC still present in the bud (so little there is no chance of getting high), and that the bud is a “legal industrial hemp.”  It provides a professional QR Code link to a lab test, and specifically mentions there are no chemicals added.  Although it mentions I am responsible for my own state and local laws, there is no problem with CBD where I am.  The package contains 1 gram of this CBD bud.

Product Administration

I smoked through about half a gram within an hour.  The feeling of smoke was the same as real weed.  The smoke was just as thick. The bud burned just like real marijuana.  It could be properly smoked in my glass bowl and my waterpipe (bong).

Product Effects

I did not feel any effects from Emerald Enlightenment CBD Bud. I did not get high. I did not have any pain relief. I did cough a considerable bit though, probably giving most people the illusion/placebo effect, stimulating the idea they are high.  Truthfully, however, there is most certainly no effect from smoking this bud.

Final Thoughts

As much as I would have loved to report positive effects (or any effects at all) from this CBD flower, I did not feel anything. I also tried Third Eye Magic CBD Bud by the same company (Happy Shaman Herbs), but to no positive effect either. It is only hemp without THC, specifically groomed to look, smell, feel and smoke, like actual weed…without the positive effects.  There is no high. And unfortunately, there is no pain relief. I cannot recommend Happy Shaman Herbs CBD Bud at this time. With that said, I sadly award Emerald Enlightenment CBD Bud a two star Fat Sammy rating. Fat Sammy OUT!

Third Eye Magic CBD Bud by Happy Shaman Herbs was in my local headshop. I purchased a couple packs and gave it a shot in an attempt to get the advertised “pain relief” properties that “supposedly” come from CBD Bud. The packaging is very catchy. The green labeling is very attractive. The package mentions it is industrial hemp and that I am still responsible for my own local and state laws (no problem with CBD here in my state).  It notes the little amount of THC that is still in the bud, which is basically only trace amounts unable to provide any effects.  The product DOES provide a link to the COA, so anyone skeptical can ensure there is in fact NO THC in the product. Though, THC is the chemical responsible for getting you high when you smoke weed…so I’m not sure how great it is to point that out!

Product Administration

On an empty stomach, I smoked through an entire gram within a couple of hours. That’s actually rather hard to do. I vaped about half a gram the next day, just for good measure.

Product Effects

Third Eye Magic CBD Hemp Bud by Happy Shaman did not produce any effects for me. It did smell like weed, look like weed, and even smoke like weed, however, it did not relieve pain or provide any sort of high. There were no marijuana-like effects. There were no perceived benefits. It simply felt like a waste of money.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I cannot recommend this product. CBD Hemp Bud never really does anything for me. Even the CBD “pain relief” benefits do not seem to work well with my system.  This is nothing like real weed, despite many sources marketing it as a “legal weed alternative.”  Ultimately, it is a catch brand, nice packaging, and good smelling bud that does not do anything at all.  At least the packaging is professional and the name is clever! Still, I can only award Third Eye Magic CBD Hemp Bud a 2 out of 5 star Fat Sammy Review.

Snorting cacao powder has never been a pleasant experience for me, however, I have recently stumbled upon one of the RUSH Chocolate Cacao infused snuffs at my local gas station.  Although the actual container makes no mention of how to ingest it, it does outline 0.25g as the suggested serving size.  The container itself reminds me of a cocaine container, which was obviously by design.  This product is not pure cacao powder (which is simply used for baking to make hot chocolate by the way), but a variety of ingredients. Some of the ingredients found in Chocolate RUSH snuff include: Asian Mint, Wild Mint, Holy Basil, Clove, Ginger, and Kava.  Yes, Basil.  After getting over the initial idea of snorting basil, I went all the way with this one, and snorted two lines, back to back, one nostril after the other.

Product Administration

This product does not make mention of how to ingest it, however, it is marketed in a fashion where snorting is the clear delivery method.  It is also branded as snuff. Snuff is meant for inhalation through the nasal passageway.  Besides, I did eat the entire rest of the container’s contents within an hour of snorting it. So we have the results of both methods anyway.

Product Effects

I am an experienced drug user. I have used many drugs of all types, and I can confidently say this product did nothing for me.  I snorted both lines of Chocolate Rush Cacao Powder back to back and had no effects inside of 20 minutes. I then consumed the entirety of the remaining contents in the container with a half bottle of water and noticed nothing.

Final Thoughts

As convenient as it would be to think that snorting coco powder is going to provide effects or some sort of high, it simply doesn’t work. This was a $20.00 canister of coco powder. The label looks cool. The name sounds cool. The powder looks legit, but in reality, the effects are lacking.  The worst part was the actual pain from drip after snorting two lines.  This was the worst drip I have ever felt in my life. Sorry, I cannot recommend Chocolate Rush Cacao Powder for anything.

I have not had any experiences with this product before, but it is very similar in appearance, branding, and pricing to the “K Shot” product I reviewed a few months back. I found this product at a local smoke shop, It was advertising a “relaxed, happy” effect. Kratom is not the only ingredient in this product. It is also boasting Gamma Aminobutyric acid, dimethylethanolamine, Tongkat Ali extract, White Willow Back, Valerian extract, and more. The bottle felt like a normal 5 hour energy drink-style container. There was no aluminum tamper seal on the inside. Still, I decided to engage.

Product Administration

The label describes two servings per bottle, and to enjoy one serving with food; however, I ended up drinking the entire bottle within 5 minutes on an empty stomach.

Product Effects

I did expect to feel at least something, given it is a kratom product, however, I was left empty handed. I did not feel relaxed. I did not feel happy. I did not get any sort of pain relief, stimulation, or euphoria. I did not experience any kind of legal high. The product seems to be a total dud.

Final Thoughts

I cannot recommend K Chill for any reason. It did not make me calmer. It did not give me a buzz or high. I did not feel any of the normal kratom effects. In fact, I did not feel anything except sick to my stomach as I downed a rather ill-tasting liquid shot. I have not had a completely ineffective liquid kratom shot until now. Unfortunately, I can confidently say this was not worth the money or the experience. Fat Sammy Out!

I found this product at a local smoke shop. I had never seen kratom sold as a taffy before. Honestly, I want to say I hadn’t seen kratom sold as an “edible” before of any kind. So this was a truly fresh anomaly. The package was about $10 for one taffy (one serving). It claims “Full Spectrum Alkaloids” on the front of the package. The flavor was orange. The actual serving is 80 calories, including about 16 grams of sugar and a bit of Vitamin C. In fact, only 20 mg of kratom is included in the formula. The packaging itself feels high quality, and is fairly descriptive. They also brand their package “GMP certified,” an added plus alongside a “quality control” badge. Still, we all know the only thing that matters is if the product actually works.

Product Administration

I bought two of these, eating one myself and giving one to my girlfriend, who gladly consumed the other. I will list both of our reactions. Neither of us had eaten all day. It was a fresh

Product Effects

Even on an empty stomach, eating one of these each did not yield any results. Neither of us felt a thing! It’s disappointing given the price. The taste was terrible. The aftertaste was far worse. The orange “flavor” lasted about 1 second. The calories were high. I had a slight upset stomach a couple hours in (maybe not this, but the taffy surely didn’t do anything or help).

Final Thoughts

The Njoy Kratom Taffy was terrible. It was horrible in about every way. The taste was bad. The price was high. The effects were none. In the words of my girlfriend “It was very bitter and no very enjoyable. The bitter aftertaste lasted over an hour, despite eating several other things and washing it down. I would call it purely nasty.” I have to agree with her. If it “had about 4 times as much sugar, it would be reasonable” but then there is still the fact it did not provide ANY effects! I will have to chalk this up as a total scam. I did not “enjoy” this taffy and cannot recommend it. Sorry guys.
