I purchased the TKO Cbd pre-rolled joint from a headshop while on vacation. I was skeptical as I have never had a CBD product work for me, including smokeables, edibles, and topicals. I have tried almost everything and it seems CBD is very weak for me. Especially compared to the real deal. According to the clerk at the smoke shop, this product was supposed to provide some relaxation, anxiety relief, and pain relief. I decided to give it a shot despite the higher price for something I had almost no faith in. Still, I was glad the company supplied their website on the label and dosing instructions (as it is always shady when a product has no information about the company which manufactures it on the label).
Product Administration
The label is very easy to read and they do give a lot of general information. The product claims to be lab tested with less than 0.3 percent Delta 9 THC (the traditional THC in marijuana that gets you high). It states it contains 120 mg of smokeable CBD, and suggests 10 servings per joint. I smoked the joint about half way through within a few sittings.
The label also includes some general disclaimers, although after smoking it, I do not feel there is any risk in getting high or suffering any kind of “impairment.”
Product Effects
I have not noticed any effects from smoking the TKO Pre-Rolled CBD joint by Terp Nation. I did not feel relaxed, anxiety relief, or high in any way. This seems to be nothing more than a sweet smelling cigar with a fancy roach motel for holding.
Final Thoughts
Although this CBD joint did not actually produce a high or relaxation effect of any kind, it did produce a sweet smell and taste. I found the actual smoking experience as pleasant as a fine cigar. This pleasant smoke smell is the only reason it has earned a 2 star, rather than a 1 Star Fat Sammy Rating. Ultimately, I would not suggest this overpriced pre-roll to anyone, however, it most certainly is not the worst thing I have smoked. I should remind my audience that I have never had a CBD product work for me, so there’s also that.
