I picked up this panther pill from a local sex shop. They explained to me that it was the biggest seller for male erectile dysfunction and for stamina. They told me they have to restock it weekly. I bought two of them. The packaging itself is very helpful, despite not listing much about the company itself. The label does, however, offer a lot of claims, ingredients, and dosing instructions. The ingredients include Lyco-pene, Tribulus terrestirs, yohimbe, L-arginine, damiana leaf, guarana, maca, and some vitamins. Some of the claims listed on the front and back of the package include: “genuine,” “USA leader,” “time increase during intercourse,” “size in thickness,” “rock hard erections,” “explosive orgasm,” and more. It also states that no prescription is required and that the pill is void of any harmful chemicals.
Product Administration
The instructions list 1 pill as a serving size and not to consume more than 1 pill within a 60 hour period. It also states to take the pill 30 minutes prior to sexual activity, and to consume it with a full glass of water. I tried this pill twice, one week apart, just to be safe. I consumed the pill about 20-35 minutes before intercourse both times.
Product Effects
I had a rock hard erection the moment sexual activity began, an effect that would repeat over the next 24 hours after consumption (for both trials). I was able to last a little longer with this pill, maybe a few extra minutes than I would normally last. While that may sound embarrassing, Fat Sam can actually go for 20-30 minutes at a time already. To last a few extra minutes matters, as I typically get extremely winded before I can ejaculate. With this pill, in both cases, I was able to orgasm, more than once within my normal 20-30 minute sessions. I also ejaculated in subsequent encounters (with both trials) over the 24 hours that elapsed from consumption.
I did have a headache after intercourse for several hours with both trials. I also had a little trouble urinating over the 24 hours that ensued in both trials. I would not consider either negative effect terribly uncomfortable. I also would not consider them to be deal breakers for me.
Final Thoughts
Although there are certainly some better options, and a better sex pill for sure, it is clear that this pill is one of the winners. It was largely without serious side effects, and it was fairly effective. The price is a bit high per pill, and I never like when I cannot look up the company that manufacturers the pill (they have no website). These two reasons, and the small side effects, are the reason this pill does not earn a full 5 Star Fat Sammy Rating, but instead, only a 4 star. I can still recommend this product with reasonable confidence that it will work for most men. The major downside being they can be extremely hard to find.
