Green Roads is known for the CBD products and I have tried them before. CBD is selectively effective it seems. When it comes to the Green Roads CBD Calming Tea, it is priced reasonably and packaged professionally. The packaging does feel cheap, but it doesn’t really need to be expensive, it’s just an herbal tea. As the package states, it’s actually a chamomile blend, it is only infused with 7.6 mg of CBD oil. It does not state it is full spectrum. Probably, a lot of the formula is relying on the chamomile.

Product Administration

The CBD Calming Tea comes in an easy-to-use tea sachet. The herbal tea is made the same way any other tea is made, boil water, dunk the sachet in and let it steep for 2-5 minutes and allow to cool before consuming. Standard procedure for herbal tea. I drank a full cup within a twenty minute period. It tasted herbal, very nature-like…much like plant foliage. The smell of the actual herbal sachet is nice, very aromatic. In fact, the aroma from the tea itself, the vapors, are also aromatic.

Also, I strongly recommend a darker lit room, a comfy chair or sofa, and no distractions. Maybe listen to some light music, or watch a relaxing movie, even read a book if you’re into that sort of thing. It is important to set the environment right. I mean, if Buddhists can spend their entire lives practicing meditation, I think properly setting an environment to increase the relaxation of an herbal tea sounds reasonable.

Product Effects

Both, consuming the liquid and also inhaling the vapors of this tea will help soothe and calm the mind and body and create a sense of relaxation. The relaxing effects typically start within the first few moments if also inhaling the vapors. If only relying on consuming the actual liquid, it begins kicking in 15-25 minutes in. A deep relaxing feeling can be achieved with the right setting. I tried this other times, and once fell asleep to have some pretty great lucid dreams. I’m not sure if it was from mixing CBD with chamomile or if it was just the CBD, or even a coincidence, but it was pretty great.

Final Thoughts

Green Roads makes middle of the line CBD stuff. I have reviewed their products before. The CBD Calming Tea is one of the better products of theirs I have tried. It is effective, is noticeable, and is reliable…as I tried it multiple times and it has worked each time. Although it’s herby in taste, it is not the worst, and when consuming the entire cup, it’s worth it. This is especially true if you like herbal teas. While there are more sedating and more relaxing herbal teas (like Jolly Lotus, for example), this one is quite relaxing in itself.

The Experience CBD gummies are available online through their site, but I paid about that price in a local head shop…so that should be noted…as it may have impacted my experience. The bag was cheap feeling, but there were so many of the gummies, that it felt like the best deal they offered. The sales associate definitely over sold the “high” that I should anticipate from these gummies, however, I am a little better educated than that and understand the capabilities of CBD. There is no way any CBD edible is going to feel as good as a THC-based edible, for example. And CBD just isn’t a really strong high. Most people don’t notice anything. Nonetheless, I bought the bag, as I have tried CBD products that I can rank some what high for the pain-relief in the body.

Product Administration

The gummies themselves were kind of hard, as if they had been on the shelf for a while. There was a bit of a rank smell from the bag, probably the deprecating CBD and sugars. I ate 6 gummies on an empty stomach, waited 30 minutes, then had another 6. I could tell they tried to make them taste better, but really, they tasted pretty nasty. Still, I understand people do not eat any type of hemp or weed edible for the taste.

Product Effects

I began to feel the effects about 20 minutes in, but it was simply put…pretty weak. That’s why I decided to take another 6 at the 30 minute mark. I then began to feel a little bit of the pain relief I know I have gotten from some comparable products. A weak sort of relaxation can be felt after taking enough of them…and it DID have some light effects on my back pain, but not much. Even after having consumed 12 of them, I do not feel they were nearly strong enough.

Final Thoughts

Ultimately, it felt like I would have had to eat the whole bag within a few hours in order to get the effects I would want from it…and frankly that would make me sick. There are a lot easier, more effective legal highs for pain relief and stress reduction than these gummies. While they were effective to some extent, and probably were a little stale from not being sold in the head shop for some time…they left me a little unimpressed to say the least. I personally won’t use the rest of them, won’t recommend them, and can’t imagine they’ll continue to make them for much longer. But at least they didn’t make me throw up!

CBDfx products always show up looking good. It’s in a cool container, feels high quality to me. It’s easy to use and if you got their pen with it, its even easier (which is highly recommended). Though, I’ll admit, all waxes are messy and a little out of my personal bounds of preference. Nonetheless, it was a consistent looking wax that had the same orange color I expected it to have. Nothing I have ever received from CBDfx has ever been damaged or seemed shadey. It’s all been pretty top of the line packaging, containers and product, in most senses. CBD is obviously not the type of hemp that gets you high like smoking a joint, so I went in this expecting more of an herbal tea-like high.

Product Administration

Dabbing with CBDfx’s concentrate wax was probably pretty simple in terms of actual use, and I would most likely be able to get about 2-3 weeks worth of use out of it, if I were to dab 1/3 of the time I currently vape, for example (which is sporadically throughout the day). It’s reasonable for the cost, as far as how many times you’d be able to do it. I did try it a few times, and found a concentrate vape pen the best delivery method.

Product Effects

Honestly, as a quick disclaimer: vaping CBD or using CBD TYPICALLY does not affect me. So, with that being said, I DID notice something relaxing about this dab. It was no where near as strong as say…a marijuana (THC-based) concentrate, or even smoking normal marijuana (nor was it intended to be). And it was kind of a harsh smoke that was hard to muster for the little gain. The actual effects are pretty fast though, within 30-45 seconds of administration, and it is kind of a super-light body tingle. Perhaps a good way to explain it would be a feeling that your inner muscles are relaxing. It does not last too long, maybe 10-15 minutes each time. But for CBD wax, that’s pretty good I think.

Final Thoughts

I do really like CBDfx and I really liked a lot of things about this CBD dab wax, however, mostly, I disliked the experience altogether of having to deal with the wax. So anyone trying to find a really good CBD wax dab, this is definitely (most likely) what you are looking for…it’s just kind of a pain to use ANY dab wax…and ultimately dabbing CBD wax is no where near as strong as people think it is. It just isn’t nearly as effective as many of the other CBD applications. For example, if you are looking for a topical analgesic, something to help with pain relief for a joint or muscle, I have always found the CBD lotions and ointments very effective…however, dabbing CBD wax…it just doesn’t do anything for me. Still, if you are going to buy any CBD wax, I do suggest going through CBDfx, they’re a great vendor.

I have tried other CBDfx products in the past, and this time and reviewing a number of them, so just a heads up, this isn’t the only CBDfx product I am reviewing at this time. That said, this is the second one I did, after already having one positive experience with them, I was excited to try another product. This one was very energy drink-like…much like a five hour energy shot actually, in size and feel. It’s just a little fella. And it’s lemonade flavored to help it go down easy…as CBD doesn’t taste that great naturally (at least that’s what I imagine is the reason for the lemon flavoring). The bottle says it is rich hemp oil and that the CBD is “full spectrum,” like many of their other CBD products. This means it takes the fullest advantage of the entire hemp plant.

Product Administration

The way it works is you drink the entire contents of the bottle all at once and then you chill out. So that’s what I did. I drank the entire contents after a super light snack (just a banana and pack of fruit snacks, with a HI-C, yes, people still drink HI-C). The taste is pretty alright. Tastes sour like lemons. But honestly, that’s better than tasting bitter like CBD hemp oil. Consuming oil straight in general is nasty. Just be sure to shake before you drink it…as it is definitely worth shaking to avoid having such large concentrations of CBD oil making it really nasty. It’s easy to avoid if it is shaken vigorously for a minute before drinking (more like ten seconds).

Product Effects

Chill Shot begins to take effect (when you don’t have much in your stomach) at about 15-20 minutes. It’s a little faster acting than some of the gummies CBDfx sells. That makes sense, since it’s liquid and not solid, it is easier for the stomach and body to digest and absorb. It’s a very calming, very relaxing feeling. It reminds me of a time I was in an old school church that used incense to get the conjugation kind of high…and it worked. It wasn’t like a crazy high, or any hard drug, more like a light, peppy, uplifting and relaxing kind of feeling. That’s basically what I felt with the chill shot. It brought back a specific memory…but it was a good, uplifting and calming memory, much like how it made me feel. Amazing how the brain does that! The relaxation lasted about 4 hours before I started to feel my normal chronic aches and stresses again.

Final Thoughts

CBDfx makes some pretty cool stuff, and while CBD doesn’t exactly get you high the same way marijuana does when you smoke it, it does do something. CBD is more of a body relaxation. Many people try to explain it by comparing it to a “body high” and then people capitalized by marketing CBD edibles, which everyone knows marijuana edibles are intense body highs…but it is not like a marijuana body high. It DOES help with pain, it DOES relax the body and mind, and it IS a little sedating, but it is more like a strong herbal tea. Is it worth the money? Absolutely. Was it fun? Definitely. Would I do it again? Yes, I will, already bought more. I like CBDfx…they’re a good company and their products can be trusted, but it is wise to still always have reasonable expectations for “legal highs.”

The CBDfx Gummy Bears showed up professionally packaged and in a standard vitamin-like container. These are hemp gummy bears, containing only CBD and no actual THC. They are what is known as “full spectrum,” which means achieving the benefits of the entire plant, less actual THC (the banned part of marijuana, in most places and states anyway). Additionally, as the bottle points out, CBDfx gummies are non-gmo and gluten free (effectively vegan as well).

Product Administration

Personally, I take 4 of them before I feel the effects…and sometimes, I do 8 all in one sitting. The more I take, the faster the onset and longer it lasts. When taking on an empty stomach, it is felt sooner…though it can cause a bit of an upset stomach if taking too many of them, too quickly.

Product Effects

It’s very relaxing. Nothing like xanax, and nothing like marijuana either, despite popular belief. It’s more of it’s own thing. Like a really good aromatherapy session. Or the feeling you get after having just half a shot of alcohol, that sort of “mellow-like” relaxation. Maybe it could be compared to taking a really good dose of melatonin, without the drowsiness. I have found that these are absolutely perfect for relaxing before a flight (as in plane travel). Maybe there’s even some motion-sickness treatment-type benefit to be had there!

Final Thoughts

While I will admit that CBD does not really ever do very much of anything to me at all, these gummies were actually impressive. I DID feel more relaxed on these gummies. If you go at it expecting a normal THC-like high, such as the one you get from smoking weed, you’ll be really disappointed. But if you understand CBD is it’s own thing, and you go into it expecting just a like relaxation, kind of like a chamomile tea substitute, this IS a truly calming gummy.

CBDfx is probably one of the best there is in terms of CBD products and they can be trusted, as they do make quality stuff! In fact, he only reason this isn’t getting a higher rating, is because it is being compared so many other highs, psychoactives, mood enhancers, teas, sedatives, and supplements, which are capable of so much more than CBD could ever achieve, sadly.

Black Ant King showed up from honestly what looks like China. I don’t know how that happens when you order from Australia, but anyway…the container itself is pretty cool, though it feels kind of like it should contain actual ant killer. Still, this stuff is all over the internet and I’ve seen it in several head shops and vape stores before, so I decided to give it a whirl. The container says that it will make the penis really hard and for a lot longer. Only one pill is necessary. The ingredients include a bunch of herbal remedies for lack of energy, lack of stamina and erectile dysfunction…and it also apparently contains mystery ingredients.

Product Administration

I had a Chicken Salad Sandwich about an hour before downing 1 of the mucus-colored pills. It hurt going down, all hard pills do for me, but this tablet was particularly painful from the moment it entered my esophagus. The effects would begin about 20 minutes in.

I can say that one was enough, for me altogether, forever.

Product Effects

Well, I wish I could say something good about this product, but the first thing that happened, about 20 minutes in, was I vomited. I could literally see some of the pill remaining in my puke, along with my chicken salad sandwich I had just eaten an hour before. What made it in me gave me more than enough to get an erection though. The erection was hard, like it advertised. The erection lasted a long time too, just like they advertised…only it was extremely painful, and would not go down. It also prevented me from actually climaxing during sex. I could only get a sort of “half finish” going on. While I could have “gone on forever,” it’s hard to focus when you are worried about whether or not your penis is so hard it might fall off.

I then enjoyed some nice diarrhea after I was done making love. Seriously unpleasant, super smelly, and all while still having a painful, throbbing erection. All from just one pill. That’s seriously way too much. It didn’t go down for 7 more hours…and I was way too embarrassed to go to the hospital and tell them I took something called “BLACK ANT KING,” so I had to tough it out unfortunately.

Final Thoughts

Since Black Ant King contains mystery ingredients, it has received a far lower score. While it does work, it is mad sketchy. Honestly, I have not done it more than once, purely because it truly scares me. Based upon how much my erection actually hurt, I cannot recommend this product to anyone. There are definitely other herbal solutions for things like erectile dysfunction and libido (search legal drugs for sex or legal natural aphrodisiacs to get some examples). On top of the more serious concern of the erection pain…was the vomiting and diarrhea. I did reach out to the actual manufacturer too, and failed to get a response.

The Bad Blood Vape Juice comes from Las Vegas and for me took about 4 days to receive from order. The packaging was ok and the product itself in good condition. The label is cool, the stuff feels really “dark side.” It was a consistent looking oil liquid, typical look, nothing that gave me any indicator I shouldn’t really continue. I use an old sigelei to vape but this is compatible with my vaporizer and the solution itself did not cause any problems with my tank, etc.. The product definitely showed up professionally.

Product Administration

The 60 ml worth is enough to last my tank about a week for how much I vape, which is periodically throughout the day. There was no clogging, no problems with coils, or my tank. Everything worked the way I would expect it to, just like any other VG or PG solution I have used before.

Product Effects

Bad Blood Vape Juice’s cloud was impressive. The taste was great. I felt the normal little buzz you get from vaping most mid-line eliquids. It wasn’t like “getting high” – just to be clear, this product doesn’t get you high. It’s all about the more nicotine-like buzz with this one. Just a bit of a head buzz. The taste left in the mouth is pretty decent, and doesn’t make me feel like I have to wash my mouth out like many of the other vaping juices I have tried.

Final Thoughts

I was overall really pleased with the Bad Blood Vape Juice. Bad Drip did a good job of making it an appealing taste and cloud. The cloud is important! Most people do not realize how important cloud actually is. When someone buys a new vape juice and there is not enough cloud, nine times out of ten, they are dissatisfied. That’s just the simple truth of the matter. Bad Blood is a strong hit and gives that good light buzz people look for in the nicotine-like juices. It’s worth the money and I feel totally comfortable recommending it to anyone who is looking for a new vape juice.
