General Product Info

The front of the Scooby Snacks package features a scooby dog, some bones and a a psychedelic-like background. It appears to be manufactured in London. The packet felt much higher quality than the Jester packages (which are sold and made by the same company, Coffee Sh0p [or ICE Head Shop]). It also resealed, which may have been more useful if more capsules or powder were inside. Like Jester, however, Scooby Snacks seems to be relying on Methylxanthine Caffeine.

There are two pills per package and no instructions on how many to take. Interestingly enough, the contents of the packet are 2 pills, presumably 500 mg each (as the total amount in each packet is supposed to be 1 gram)…but the package warns not to consume more than 400 mg in a 24 hour period. This is a contradiction…and would require opening the capsules and measuring out 80 percent of a capsule to adhere to the instructions. The back of the package makes the product look like a hardcore research chemical, and would lead one to believe they are getting a powder, rather than capsules.

Product Administration

I took 2 capsules from one package on an empty stomach before heading out with some friends for dinner. We were considering going to a club afterwards, and I was feeling kind of tired, so I figured it was a really good day to try out my Scooby Snacks.

Product Effects

By the end of our dinner, about an hour later, I was a little more awake. I did attribute this extra alertness to the Scooby Snacks, however, it was short lived. The onset of Scooby Snacks took about an hour, and only lasted around 20 minutes. By the time we got to the club, I was feeling more tired than before I took the Scooby Snacks. My head felt really heavy, but it kind of hurt, and felt like I needed to literally sleep it off. Sometimes, drugs make you want to sleep in a positive way…but this was not one of those times. Scooby Snacks made me feel like my blood was being replaced by a heavy metal, and that it was slowly, in a molten form, moving painfully through my body. I considered this a definite negative reaction to the Scooby Snacks. I felt this way for a few hours, unable to actually sleep (skipping the club and going home). After I fell asleep, I got about 30 minutes of sleep at a time, for the next 6-7 hours, before giving up and feeling like a crackhead the entire day.

Final Thoughts

I will not recommend this product. I felt the effects could not be too different for other people, as they were so extremely bad for me. The caffeine high I got for 20 minutes wasn’t worth it, and I could have done better with a cup of green tea. Maybe the batch was bad or something. I had a similarly cruddy experience with Jester, made by the same people…and thought maybe it all uses the same ingredients and they are just bad or something. Still, I can’t see how this would be worth the money even if it didn’t induce a bunch of negative side effects. It simply isn’t worth it. I should point out that with all the legal highs I have tried…I rarely have these types of reactions and I really hate bad mouthing companies and products from one single experience, but this is one of those times I feel it is justified.

General Product Info

When my Jester energy pills finally showed up almost a month and a half after I ordered them, my order was about half the size as what I ordered. Looked to me almost like a scam, but maybe it was a mistake. I did not hear back from them after reaching out, and was never compensated for the missing product. Still, I did get half my order.

The packets felt cheap. They were crinkled and stuffed in a package that was too small for them all. Some of the capsules were crushed, broken open and the herbal powder was exposed. It smelled kind of bad. Half of my label was worn, so I couldn’t read it all. I had to use the website label picture to read the back instructions. There was a sort of black gunk on the bottom of one of the packets, and in the box. They had to have seen it before packing my products.

The product advertises using a special type of caffeine, Methylxanthine Caffeine and suggests not using if pregnant (and keeping it away from children). The package warns against taking more than 400 mg of caffeine in 24 hours. The instructions are to take 2 capsules, indicating this as a single “dose.” Each dose seems to have exactly 400 mg of caffeine.

Product Administration

I almost did not take this product, simply because of how unprofessional it arrived. My confidence was really low in the quality of the actual pills themselves. Still, I worked myself up to taking a dose, even having to lick the packet to get the powder, as none of my packets had a complete dose set, and I did not want to open them all, though I could tell they all had at least one broken capsule. I took the full two capsules, ultimately, and waited 3 hours before deciding to open another bag, and take another full dose.

Product Effects

The caffeine in this product is the only thing I felt and it did not feel any different than drinking half a cup of coffee. I did feel nauseous, however, it may admittedly have been from the second dose a few hours later. I only took the second dose because I did not feel anything from the first dose after 3 hours. There is probably a good reason they are being discounted…as I believe this product is relying 100% only on caffeine, and the amount someone would have to consume in order to feel high, would be so much they would vomit (thus not ever getting to the stimulant-like high this product is meant to achieve). The next day, I felt massively dehydrated, as if I had taken a lot of caffeine, suggesting this caffeine itself is too junk to provide any real benefit, though strong enough to produce negative side effects.

Final Thoughts

Unfortunately not many positive things can be said about the Jester energy pills. They had a really bad smell, a really cheap feel, and the actual trip sucked (and by sucked I mean there was zero “high”). Jester was, as far as I can tell, a total scam. Maybe they work for other people, however, neither my friend nor myself felt anything, and we both took a double dose. The price was too expensive and it looked so shady we almost skipped them altogether.
